Joining the team of advisors focused on corporate law this is an exciting time to join the firm during a period of growth. Levels from Newly qualified to 5 years PQE will be considered. Forming part of a much wider corporate team you will be exposed to high calibre work and assist the firm in its continued expansion.  

For this role you will ideally have previous experience in corporate law or demonstrate aspirations to build a career in this specialist area, you will manage your own case load to include drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, M&A, corporate finance and governance, private equity and Venture & development capital.
