The role:

• Corporate & M&A, working alongside a market-leading team on sales & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity/venture capital, AIM listings, reorganisations, MBOs/MBIs and shareholder arrangements
• Genuine exposure to complex, high-value transactional work — both national and international
• Reporting into a well-established partner-led team known for direct, commercially-driven advice.

What we’re looking for:

• Circa 2-6 years’ PQE (associate level as a guide)
• Northern Ireland qualified solicitor
• Solid grounding in corporate/M&A transactional work
• Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded, client-focused approach.
