They are currently seeking talented lawyers to join the award-winning team. In this role, you will provide legal advice to leading companies across various industries, as well as private equity and venture capital providers, regarding their corporate activities in Northern Ireland.

You will also work on a wide range of challenging and high-profile transactions, contributing to their reputation as industry market leaders.

Ideally, you will offer some PQE gained within corporate and M&A transactions, preferably within a reputable firm or corporate practice.  You will also be a strong communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.  The desire to support the firm with their marketing and business development activity is also required.
