Position Overview:

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will play a vital role in our firm’s continued success. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile corporate matters, representing top-tier clients across various industries. From mergers and acquisitions to corporate finance and governance, you will tackle complex legal challenges and contribute to the strategic decision-making process.

Ideally you’ll be qualified in either NI, ROI or E&W solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 1 year PQE, ranging up to 6 years PQE (but they can be flexible to consider ALL levels).
