Credit & Billing Specialist

As a Credit & Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Issue customer invoices and credit notices.
• Develop and maintain robust models to accurately track and analyse revenue streams and streamline revenue review processes.
• Manage revenue forecasting process and provide updates to Senior Finance Team.
• Key contributor to the monthly financial close, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of revenue-related transactions and the completeness of revenue reports.
• Reconcile all revenue-related balance sheet accounts.
• Manage the implementation of best practices related to revenue processes and requirements.
• Manage all revenue-related audit requests at year end.
• Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned to you by the Senior Finance Team.

Criteria:

• Previous experience in a transactional finance role, which strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
• Excellent reporting and analysis skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in Sage software desirable but not essential
• Proactive individual, with strong organisational and time management skills
