We are seeking your skills for a new vacancy with an established and respected local employer in the Belfast area. Distinguished for their professionalism and expertise in their field, this role will be suited to you if you have excellent customer service and communication skills with a great eye for details.

As Credit Control Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and issuing invoices and client statements.
  • Management of monthly debtor meetings with the senior management
  • Maintaining accurate records of communications with clients
  • Accurately record amounts received.
  • Prepare regular analysis on monthly cashflow targets.
  • Other credit control tasks such as banking, payments, finance agreements etc.

Additionally, you will undertake:

  • Oversight of internal new client set up procedures.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the Receptionist & Practice Manager in liaising with clients and providing cover where needed to support the team.
  • Draft and send/submit additional paperwork relating to clients.
  • Management of the DocuSign processes for the firm.
  • Ad hoc tasks e.g., assist with updating social media and planning events, travel etc.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Desired: Company secretarial experience (dealing with Companies House submissions)
