Credit Controller- Newry- Full Time Permanent

What would your role entail?

• Responsible for reviewing and maintaining customer credit accounts
• Onboard new customers including credit checks
• Accurately record all payments and transactions, dealing with any payment queries
• Manage and maintain credit limits on customer accounts
• Maintain good customer and team relationships
• Assist with cash allocation process
• Organise information for legal action and assist with small claims
• Escalate necessary issues to Team Lead
• Ad-hoc tasks and assist with Team Lead when necessary

If you have 1 or more years’ experience in the above areas, are confident in dealing with customer issues to ensure payments, have excellent staff and customer relationships, can work to your own initiative and meet targets, then this is the job for you! We want someone who is going to bring added value to the credit control team and in return thrive in the industry.
