Credit Controller

You should have:

• Experience in a Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or other finance role.
• Experience in eBilling is beneficial.
• Experience in the use of MS Office, including Excel, is essential.
• Proven ability to manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Monitor and collect outstanding debtor balances in accordance with agreed targets
• Reduce debtor days in line with agreed targets
• Implement best practice procedures in cash collection
• Maintain an accurate log of all credit control activities
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of queries
• Build on-going relations with clients
• Management of ebilling portals to include invoice uploads, budget and time keeper entries, dealing with queries from clients and colleagues
• Other finance duties that may be required
