Within this Credit Controller role, you will manage your workload efficiently, have input to improve processes, ensure best practice and build strong relationships with internal teams and clients too.

You should have:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or other finance role.
  • Experience in the use of MS Office, including Excel, is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage workload to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

 

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Monitor and collect outstanding debtor balances in accordance with agreed targets
  • Reduce debtor days in line with agreed targets
  • Implement best practice procedures in cash collection
  • Maintain an accurate log of all credit control activities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of queries
  • Build on-going relations with clients
  • Keep accurate records of all activities and correspondence
  • Other finance duties that may be required
