The Role:

Customer Experience – support the team with client workshops & preparation, partner-based learning sessions and driving our Customer Experience Strategy

New Product Development – support a cross-functional working group representing the full Bank to design, understand, and prepare the organisation to offer new products and services ready for market launch

Pipeline – support with the management of the growth pipeline through data management, process planning, and reporting

Establish and build relationships (formal/informal) with key colleagues across all functional teams

All of which will support your growth into a Client Portfolio & Growth Manager.


Eagerness to develop and grow market-facing & client relationship skills

Strong analytical and process-oriented background

An aptitude to research and analyse key information and trends

Ability to work independently & efficiently cross team and function

Experience with Sales and CRM environments an advantage
