Role Overview:

As a Trainee Customer Service Agent, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional support to valued customers. Handling a wide range of inquiries, you will build experience and progress your career. With a passion for delivering top-notch service, you will receive coaching and mentoring from an experienced team to support your development.

 

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment.

Passionate about creating value for customers and problem-solving.

Curiosity about digital technology and improving processes for the digital customer.

Comfortable working in a highly collaborative team.

Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.

Eagerness to learn and develop your skills.

Understanding of working in regulated environments while driving innovation.

Experience building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
