The Role:

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who thrives on building great relationships with customers to join their team in Saintfield

Our client is a well established company with a presence throughout Ireland & UK. They have a fantastic reputation spanning over 30 years due to their high quality products and enviable reputation built up through delivering excellent customer service & experience. The team you will be joining is the face of the company and the first point of contact for all clients.

With our continued growth we are looking for an experienced Customer service and Internal salesperson.

  • Working within our sales team you will manage inbound and out bound telephone calls, offering first class customer service.
  • Accurately process customer’s orders on our in-house computer system and respond to queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Check stock and process orders for our on the road sales representatives.
  • Liaise with our Scottish site and monitor stock between sites.
  • Provide product advice on our wide range of products
  • Work with our logistics team to ensure prompt deliveries to our customers

The Person:

  • Proven experience in an inbound sales / telephony customer service role
  • Confident and friendly communicator with the ability to build great customer relationships
  • Naturally upbeat and positive personality
  • Ability to think quickly when responding to customer needs
  • Strong IT skills including MS Word & Excel
