What will you be doing?

• Providing root cause analysis to Application Systems issues and management of third level support
• Assisting with the practical applications of data collection and analysis
• Ensuring that systems and solutions continuously meet business requirements
• Liaising with internal customers to define functional and non-functional software specifications for the support systems
• You will work within the team to triage and investigate defects in production systems and producing workarounds for critical issues

The ideal candidate will have:

• Working knowledge of SQL
• Working knowledge of Cloud technologies especially Azure
• Experience building test suites in Java/JavaScript/TypeScript
• Technical knowledge of Python/PySpark

You MIGHT also have…

• Knowledge of agile delivery practices
• Experience of using one or more of:
  • Azure Synapse
  • SQL Server RDMS including SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
  • Azure Databricks
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Qlikview
  • Power BI
