Delivery Lead – Belfast

Role:

My client is looking for someone who has a strong track record of performance and client service, who has an ambition and desire to steer their career towards Management. We are looking for someone to be a leader who is focused on driving innovation and continuous improvement, and who can lead and inspire those around them. This is a very exciting development opportunity to expand your existing management skillset and build your career

Essential Criteria: 

• 5 + years relevant work experience 
• Previous experience of managing others and a desire to manage a large diverse team
• QC and/or mentoring experience
• Experience of managing workflow – efficiently allocating and monitoring work of team 
• Ability to assess performance and coach a team, including quickly identifying areas of under and over performance; providing constructive feedback to team members, and identifying potential in, and seeking opportunity for, team members
• Ability to accurately report on team performance

Salary & Benefits:

Salary will be reflective of experience but will include a very generous bonus and benefits package
