Key Responsibilities:

• Manage current site contracts & renewals relating to company portfolio
• Develop the company Portfolio by identifying new locations for development & expansion of opportunities within current contracts
• Survey & prepare AutoCAD drawings for new locations or liaise with 3rd party supplier
• Prepare & submit planning applications for new locations and communicate with all relevant authorities
• Manage the profitability of the current company portfolio
• Maintain the industry measurement database for all sites within the company portfolio
• Develop & maintain relationships with local authorities, managing agents & developers
• Present ideas to Senior Management on commercial opportunities

Essential Criteria:

• At least 2 years relevant working experience in a similar business role
• Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
• IT literate & confident when using Microsoft packages including Excel & Outlook
• Proficient in use of AutoCAD
• A level of understanding on planning legislation

The Person:

• Suits a motivated individual who has a background in estate management & development
• Work independently under own initiative whilst having experience of working with others
• Awareness of the commercial opportunities within the media industry within Northern Ireland
• Clean Driving License and/or strong geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to successfully organise, prioritise & manage multiple projects
• Creative, imaginative & innovative, Accuracy & attention to detail
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Accuracy & attention to detail
• Driven personality with desire to meet & exceed targets & deadlines
• Ability to deal with a broad range of individuals & organisations
• Capable of building strong commercial proposals & finalising contracts
