eDiscovery Specialist

Abacus are proud to be partnering with an organisation who are committed to putting their people first and embracing new ways of thinking as they seek an eDiscovery Specialist to join their team. They’re searching for someone who has hands on Relativity experience and a strong customer centred ethos. In this role, you will provide excellent client service and technical eDiscovery support to disputes teams within the UK and across Europe.

The Role

• Provide Relativity support including user access and security permission
• Deliver end-user training sessions
• Contribute towards continuous improvement of departmental working practices
• Deliver high-quality client service and foster internal client relationships

About You

• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with Relativity or Nuix
• Excellent communication and organisational skills – you’ll be reporting in to the London office so you’ll need to be on the ball
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) (desirable)
• SQL experience (desirable)
• Dutch, French or German language skills (desirable)
