Abacus Careers is currently supporting a UK-wide law firm as they continue to expand their Belfast based office.  One of the firm’s next key appointments is the addition of an experienced Employment Partner to start-up, head-up and build-up the firms Employment law offering.

Whilst this is a great chance to join one of NI’s premier legal brands, this relatively unique role also allows autonomy whilst working closely with a number of Partners at the peak of their profession.

With the support of a UK-wide network, you will have immediate access to a number of experienced individuals to assist with the development of this practice area.

Naturally, you will have a significant level of qualification and experience of working within a busy Employment department – ideally a large firm or niche/boutique employment practice.  You will also have the connections, confidence and drive to develop business.
