The Role

We are looking for experienced Employment Law solicitors. You will be dealing with Employment advice and/or representation matters including unfair dismissal, settlement agreements, discrimination/TUPE, and unlawful deduction of wages.

Reporting to your Unit Manager, you will be expected to manage and process all aspects of your caseload, including assisting with other team members cases as required.

Essential Criteria

• At least 3 years’ experience of handling ET claims including some EAT claims.

• Experience dealing with clients directly, both face to face and over the phone.

• Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience in dealing with Trade Unions.

• Knowledgeable on Contract Law.

• Experience in working with electronic case management systems.
