Abacus Careers is currently supporting a forward thinking, innovative law firm as they continue to expand their Belfast based office.  One of the firm’s next key appointments is the addition of an experienced Employment solicitor to start-up, lead and develop the firms Employment law offering.

Whilst this is a great chance to join one Northern Ireland’s most impressive legal brands, this role also allows autonomy whilst working closely with a number of Partners at the forefront of the legal profession.

With the support of other leaders in the firm, you will have some immediate access to a level of referral work and this, with the assistance of other experienced individuals will be the foundations to beginning to develop this practice area.

Naturally, you will have a significant level of qualification and experience of working within a busy Employment department – ideally a large firm or niche/boutique employment practice.  You will also have the connections, confidence and drive to develop business.
