The Role:

• Preparation and submission of tender’s to clients.
• Measurements and take-offs from drawings; and preparation of schedules for pricing.
• Delivery of contract handovers to stakeholders.
• Provide support to the company’s commercial department.
• Measurements and take-offs from drawings; and preparation of schedules for pricing.
• Data input into design & estimating software and production of detailed cost reports.
• Compilation of pricing enquires into definitive work packages for issue to suppliers and sub-contractors
• Evaluation and collation of bid submissions

The Person:

• 2+ years estimating experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of the construction / fit-out industry
• Strong mathematical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to summarise and effectively communicate complex information.
• Good creative and technical skills.
• Ideally Construction or engineering related 3rd level qualification
