Lead a department

Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of family law work including providing technical expertise/guidance to members within the team

Ability to deal with applications for Non Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders to help with Domestic Violence victims.

Ability to represent clients in matrimonial matters, including separation, divorce and ancillary relief proceedings

Assist clients to resolve high value separation and divorce financial cases.

The Ideal Person

2+ years PQE

Member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland’s Children Order Panel. 

High court/Care centre cases experience

LAMS case management experience
