Field Engineer

What you’ll do

–          Attend customer sites to complete Installation and Maintenance work on PC’s ,Printers ,scanners, EPOS, Comms  and network equipment.

–          Required to work On-site locations.

What you need

–          PC hardware and software

–          Must have experience installing Maintenance kits, fuser units.

–          Installation and maintenance of hardware and software

–          Ability to communicate clearly with customer’s. Sense of ownership of the customer’s problem. Flexibility to work around customer’s time frame

–          Experience with Windows operating systems

–          VPN Setup.

–          Experience with laptop and PC assembly, installation of printers and network hardware, and configuration of telephones and other IT equipment.

–          Information Security awareness

–           The ability to drive for results through planned scheduling, priority setting and taking action in a timely fashion.

Desirable

–          EPOS Installation knowledge

–          Comms, network experience
