As Finance Administrator, you will play a vital role in the organization’s success by ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time. You will also work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to provide excellent service and resolve queries.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile receipts, cheques, and cash to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Liaise with other departments and insurance companies to resolve queries and ensure a smooth process for insurance claims
- Generate invoices and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers
- Analyse group transactions and assist with costing analysis
- Process employee expenses and maintain accurate records
- Undertake general finance, office, and administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
