Finance AP Specialist

Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable candidate for a brand-new Finance role which will assist with the accurate and timely processing of accounts and associated activities, with a main focus on the accounts payable function.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing invoices, posting to creditors ledger and ensure appropriate authorisation
• Purchase order management
• Supplier statement reconciliations and payment runs
• Reconciling staff expenses and audit, including reconciliation of company credit card & statements
• Point of contact with travel providers & reconciling travel, accommodation and related invoices
• Assist Financial Accountant with audit preparation
• Support the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects including reporting and analysis

Successful Candidate

• 2+ years’ experience in AP, with basic knowledge of finance accounting
• Understanding of debits/credits and experience in posting journals
• Experience in delivering high levels of service to clients, customer or internal stakeholders
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, with proven organisations and time management skills
• Desirable: experience in working with SAP or Concur
