A leading NI firm who operates throughout the UK on multi-million pound contracts, are going through extensive growth are seeking to bring a commercially astute Finance Director on board to play a key part within the senior management team along with the Managing directors. Newly created role as this firm looks to have a record-breaking year

Salary – £70,000 – £80,000 + Bonus

Roles and responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial aspects of company strategy
• Providing financial information to the other Director team
• Liaise with commercial teams to maximise company performance
• Oversee Budgeting & forecasts
• Drive efficiencies throughout the business and drive profitability from a top and bottom-line perspective whether by contributing to pricing/tendering or driving down costs
• Lead exciting new project throughout Europe from a financial perspective

What do we look for?

– 6+ years Fully Qualified Accountant

– Strong team management skills

– Excellent communication and presenting background
