Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert financial systems support to our global user community.
• Manage support calls efficiently using our incident management processes.
• Record, monitor, and escalate software bugs and issues.
• Maintain and improve daily operations of Finance Systems. Analyse and identify trends to treat root cause of new or common issues.
• Actively engage in projects to enhance finance systems.
• Assist in the design and testing of functional improvements.
• Support month-end and year-end processes on a rotational basis.
• Develop a deep understanding of our bespoke software and integrated systems.
• Create and maintain administration, user documentation, and training materials.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong finance transactional processing knowledge.
• Experience with computerised finance/accounting software
• Eagerness to learn new systems and technologies (e.g., SQL).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a service-oriented environment.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively.
• Initiative-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Adaptability and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Previous experience in a large organization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
