We’re on the hunt for a Finance Systems Implementation Accountant to join our dynamic Finance Systems Team. This is not just another finance role — it’s a chance to be a driving force behind a groundbreaking project that’s reshaping how we do business. We’re rolling out a Microsoft Dynamics based solution as part of a firm-wide transformation of our HR, Marketing, Operations and Finance systems. You’ll be at the center of it all — leading key financial workstreams, enhancing systems, and mentoring users across the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the implementation of our new business management system and core financial platforms.
• Own critical finance workstreams like BI, Reporting, and Data.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and processes.
• Provide hands-on leadership, training, and support to users globally.
• Deliver high-impact reporting and analysis using SQL, SSRS, and Excel.
• Supervise a small, capable team and ensure system integrity and performance.

What You Bring:

• Professional services finance experience and 4+ years in a similar role.
• Expertise in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.).
• Strong SQL, BI/reporting, and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven track record in system implementations and project management within Big 4 or large corporate.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
