We are working with an award-winning professional services firm who currently have a vacancy for an experienced transactional finance Team Lead to join their Working Capital team. If you have experience in a Billing or Credit Control finance environment and you are passionate about leading a team, this is an ideal position for you.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Allocate workload and delegate tasks among the team
• Ensure KPI’s, SLA’s and goals are met or exceeded at individual and team level
• Accountability for team performance, reporting on and providing insights on deviations from target
• Lead and motivate the team, providing regular coaching, feedback and mentoring
• Deal effectively with escalations from the team, advising on non-standard queries
• Build strong relationships and work closely alongside your team, senior management and stakeholders
• Assist with day-to-day duties to support the WIP

What you need:

• Experience is essential in supervising or managing a team
• Experience in a Billing, AR, or Credit Control team is preferred
• Experience in working with challenging stakeholders / clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to delegate and manage workloads appropriately
• Positive attitude, excellent communicator and approachable personality
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume finance / financial services environment
