Exclusively recruiting for a manufacturing and distribution firm who had revenue growth of 37% in 2022 and have forecasts for another 45% in 2023. Looking to bring in a FC to be a key driver in this organisations growth plans. This firm has plans for major aquasitions within the next 2 years which will allow this opportunity to progress in to  Finance Director position and develop the team below

Salary – £50,000 – £60,000

Roles & Responsibilites:

• Implementation of new systems
• Lead the day to day finance function
• Identify cost saving processes
• Monthly management accounts
• Advising from a financial aspect on new projects
• Help drive commercial and operational performance
• Management of Cashflow
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Providing financial information to the other Director team
• Management of the annual statutory audit ensuring the timely supply of information to the audit team, review of audit findings and communication to leadership team
• Lead exciting new project throughout ROI from a financial perspective

what do we look for?

• 4+ Years PQE Accountant
• Systems implementation experience – ideally from scratch
• Reported to Director level
• Power BI ( desireable)
