My client is currently seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join their team in Belfast.

Responsibilities:
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our client portfolio management and data processing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client databases using our back-office system, Intelligent Office (I.O).
- Preparing and producing accurate quotations, valuations, brochures, and application forms.
- Efficiently processing new business applications and providing ongoing service to existing clients.
- Engaging with investment companies, insurance companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Undertaking general office administration tasks, including data analysis in Excel, database updating, and file scanning.
- Staying updated on changes in legislation and processes that may impact your role, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrating problem-solving skills by resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Working towards deadlines and effectively prioritizing workloads.
- Maintaining strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication with clients.
- Building rapport and empathizing with clients to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably within an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) firm.
- Knowledge of pensions and investments, allowing you to navigate and provide valuable support in these areas.
- Experience in processing business with providers and Investment Platforms, ensuring efficient workflow management.
- Proficiency in using Intelligent Office and FE Analytics, enabling you to leverage technology for improved efficiency.
