About Them:

My client is a growing financial advisory firm located near the City Centre. With a team of four advisers and dedicated support staff, they pride themselves on delivering top-notch service to their clients while fostering a friendly and supportive workplace culture.

The Role:

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring their clients receive a first-class annual review experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely invitations are sent out for annual review meetings
  • Organising reminders for clients who have not responded to their invitations
  • Producing comprehensive review packs, including updating plan valuations and client records
  • Creating post-meeting documentation and suitability letters
  • Contributing suggestions for process improvements and co-ordinating Management Information on annual reviews
  • Assisting with general office administration duties and other tasks as required

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • At least 3 years of prior experience in a financial advisory firm
  • Familiarity with annual review requirements
  • Proficiency in Intelliflo Office (IO) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to manage workload independently

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in Defaqto Engage/Centra system
  • Experience with cashflow modelling software

Hours/Location:

  • Office-based role with the possibility of remote work
