Global Service Desk (Senior Manager)

Global Service Desk Senior Manager required to join one of the world’s top law firms. The Service Desk Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the IT Global Service Desk and all ITIL functions including Incident, Problem Management, Change & Release Management, Capacity, Availability, Knowledge and Service Transition.

You:

• A minimum 15 years IT experience
• At least 10 years’ experience working in a senior service desk management role within a complex IT environment.
• A track record of managing teams across multiple locations,
• A technical background across a range of technical areas and strong experience of delivering a quality IT service.

Role requirements:

• Responsible for providing an efficient, cost effective and customer focused Global Service Desk and affiliated functions.
• This role is responsible for developing, monitoring, reporting and driving delivery of SLAs in their area as well as their contribution to departmental performance.
• Accountable for proactive input into the roadmaps for support, including the consideration of quality standards. 
• The remit of this team is global and extends to all aspects of Global Service Desk, 2nd line and related processes within the support function.
