This is a leadership role within a world leading FinTech company based here in Belfast who work within financial trading and stocks

You will be responsible for Managing the Engineering Talent and influencing the companies Technical Strategy

They currently have a team of 80 and are already planning growth for next year

You

• Strong understanding of Software Engineering
• Previous experience managing large teams
• Technical ability to influence the technical strategy
• Problem solver. Willing to take out roadblocks before they appear
