Head of Infrastructure & Operations required to join one of the world’s top law firms. As Head of Infrastructure & Operations, you will be responsible for all IT infrastructure and operations globally. Additionally, you will have full budget accountability and own and manage several key supplier relationships.

This role sits within the Technology Services leadership team, you will help to define strategy and build out the new operating model.

You:

  • 10+ years of managing multiple technical operational services on behalf of large, geographically diverse organisations.
  • A track record of managing large technical support teams across multiple locations.
  • A technical background across a range of technical areas and strong experience of delivering quality IT service.
  • Broad experience of enterprise IT, including networks, servers, storage, end-user solutions such as desktops/laptops, mobiles, and application services.
  • Experience of managing large suppliers, driving performance, and delivering value.
  • Experience & awareness of working with customers across multiple countries and cultures.

Role requirements:

  • Responsibility for the on-going support of core services, platforms and products used by the firm to run the business.
  • Managing 3rd line teams across the department, ensuring they are staffed and skilled to provide consistently excellent support on core services, key platforms, and products.
  • Providing input into the roadmaps for support.
  • Leading and supporting the Technology Services team through the adoption of cloud technologies.
  • Implementing cloud operations, processes and solutions that will optimise cloud consumption while providing maximum value.
