Role:

You will be a key contributor to the finance team and work with the leadership team to prepare all financial regulatory deliverables. You will develop, implement, and maintain our regulatory reporting process, incorporating best practices and smart and effective monitoring of regulatory developments. Specifically:

• Lead the implementation of our regulatory reporting systems and controls.
• Provide insightful data-driven inputs.
• Identify enhancements to improve the accuracy and quality of the regulatory reporting processes.
• Prepare all financial regulatory returns.
• Develop and utilise a Monitoring Framework to identify regulatory developments affecting the bank.
• Lead financial or regulatory reporting projects.
• Produce ad-hoc analysis and forward-looking plans as required.
• Improve and simplify financial approaches and processes.
• Support the continued development and improvement of the financial reporting processes, systems, and controls.
• Assist with testing in respect of regulatory system changes and business changes.
