The Role

As HR Administrator you will support the HR Managers and HR Specialist teams

You will act as a key point of contact for all general HR queries from trainees, providing key administrative support across a number of HR processes.

As an HR Administrator you will be allocated to specific processes in the team, this allows all HR Administrators to become subject matter experts, our client also offers opportunities to rotate across processes in order promote and build multiskilling.

You will have a passion for customer service, good organisational skills, with an eye for detail and aspirations to experience a niche role in the HR profession. You will require good communication skills among all levels of hierarchy in both writing and telephone.

The Person

  • Minimum of 1 years recruitment or general HR administration experience within a busy department essential, ideally within a professional service company
  • Exceptional customer skills
  • Proven organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Working knowledge of HR systems. Experience of using PeopleSoft desirable but not essential
  • Competent in Microsoft Office packages, particularly in Word and Excel
