Abacus Careers is working with a leading global client that are looking for an HR Compensation Systems Administrator who will assume a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the functionality of the HR Compensation System. This encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, including customisation, development, maintenance, and module upgrades.

Skills and Experience:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate robust related experience, particularly showcasing familiarity with human resource policies and procedures, ensuring alignment of the compensation planning system with organisational needs and goals.
  • Exhibit experience with Success Factors (preferred).
  • Display a thorough understanding of all facets of information systems, with a highly technical grasp of at least one commercial HRIS product.
  • Showcase experience working with a global organisation and adeptness in driving global processes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data management, Microsoft Excel, and project management skills.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Display superior organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


  • Provide adept technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and HR representatives to discern system improvements and enhancements, subsequently recommending and implementing solutions.
  • Manage permissions, access, personalisation, and analogous system operations and settings for users.
  • Program custom functions and documentations, encompassing compensation planning configuration updates, standard report writing, and user guides.
  • Compile or facilitate the acquisition of intricate data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR representatives.
  • Act as the lead representative and liaison between HR representatives, external vendors, and other stakeholders for design and implementation projects.
  • Ensure system compliance with stringent data security and privacy requirements.
