In-House Lawyer – Construction – FTC

We are working with one of Northern Ireland’s biggest and well known brands, they are keen to appoint a Commercial Contracts Lawyer on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Our Client is flexible on level of experience, although, ideally you’d offer around 4 or 5 yrs PQE and will have experience or exposure to a range of construction contracts, however, strong experience drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts is essential.

The day to day will be a blend of the following:

  • Reviewing contracts
  • Negotiating and drafting contracts
  • Reviewing securities documentation
  • General commercial contracts

You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to develop relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, have a proven ability to manage commercially sensitive matters, have strong organisational ability including the ability to efficiently handle and prioritise multiple deadlines.
