In-House Solicitor

On behalf of a very successful Northern Ireland based employer, Abacus Legal team is currently recruiting for a Commercial Lawyer to join the In-House legal function of this Top 100 company.

Boasting a global reach, this role will offer exposure to a range high value and varied commercial contracts.  As such, you will have a solid understanding of drafting, reviewing and negotiating these.

What do you need to offer….?

This role would suit someone who offers experience of either working within an In-House environment or has gained a thorough level of experience working within a large commercial law firm – knowledge of a range of other areas of law (e.g. Property, Employment etc.) would also be an advantage.

In a nutshell, you will be the point person for all legal matters within the organisation and will communicate on a daily basis with the Directors within the business.  Safeguarding the best interests of the company on all aspects of commercial contracts and corporate services issues.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 5 years PQE or more, however all levels will be considered.
