Intellectual Property Paralegal

A leading global law firm, operating in over thirty countries, is seeking a paralegal with experience in the trade mark and design field to work with international clients and world famous brands.

The firm’s trade mark specialists advise brand owners on developing, protecting, and exploiting their brands, providing legal support for brands and trade marks in-house, with a team of trade mark professionals and IP lawyers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for filing trade mark and design applications, liaising with local agents worldwide, renewing and maintaining clients’ global trade mark and design portfolios, and preparing client communications relating to trade mark and design matters.

Key requirements for the role include being a CITMA qualified paralegal or having relevant experience in the trade mark and design field, having a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
