What will you be getting up to?

• Building, developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients and internal peers
• Working alongside the management team to define and sell the go-to-market Digital and Emerging Technology consultancy service
• Readying processes for automation by applying process optiomisation/re-engineering techniques
• Creating high-quality products and developing deep knowledge in one or more services to shape services to client problems

What do you need?

• 2+ years’ experience in a professional, client-facing environment
• Experience of client delivery in the automation space involving technology products such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere
• Experience working in an Agile environment and using Agile methods for software delivery e.g. Scrum, SAFE, Kanban, Lean, TDD AND CI/CD

What might help you to stand out?

• Professional qualifications such as Prince 2, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, SAFe, Diploma Level in Agile Project Management
• Experience in the use of 0365 tools and Power Platform (PowerApps/Power Automate/Power BI)
• Experience in the identification and delivery of Chatbots/Virtual Agents
• Experience in the use of Process Mining and Data Visualisation tools and techniques
• Programming/Development experience in UiPath, BluePrism, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence
