You will be:

• Supporting the development and implementation of new IT solutions, whilst ensuring the successful delivery of changes and enhancements to existing IT solutions
• Supporting existing Microsoft CRM, Sharepoint and Microsoft SQL Server system and applications
• Building a good working knowledge of the IT environment to achieve higher rates of ‘first time fix’
• Supporting all Laboratory and Production related Applications.

The essentials:

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or related subject(s)
• Experience of supporting Microsoft platforms and applications – or experience of support line-of-business applications such as ERP
• Good knowledge of MS-Access, MS-Sharepoint, MS-SQL, Power BI
• Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and communication
• Good MS-Office proficiency.

The desirables:

• Knowledge of Microsoft 0365, MS Power Platform Technologies, Microsoft Server Platforms, Active Directory
• Experience working in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical or regulated environment
• Knowledge of CRM, SCM, ERP, MES or LIMS systems
