We’re looking for a Technical Services Engineer. Your role will be to ensure the smooth operation of our Information and Communication Technology (ICT) applications and software, supporting all departments and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Support: Provide comprehensive technical support for software, hardware, and ICT infrastructure, addressing staff IT issues efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate to document and align ICT processes with our Integrated Management System (IMS) to set industry standards and empower our team.
- External Partnerships: Be the primary point of contact with external providers, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
- Software Management: Manage client interfaces within our software system, optimize the VOIP system, and ensure seamless communication.
- Infrastructure Oversight: Maintain cloud platforms, align managed services with business needs, and monitor hardware investments.
- Cost Control: Monitor third-party support costs and ensure alignment with budgets.
- Innovative Projects: Collaborate on ICT projects, analysis, testing, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical support, desktop support, or IT help desk roles.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, desktop operating systems, and tech products.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications, RMM & MDM tools, and help desk software.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+), Microsoft, Fortinet, Dell, or similar technologies are a plus.
