26 July, 2023Join a leading global law firm with a dynamic team culture and a commitment to excellence. As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement within our IT Service Management (ITSM) Knowledge Management framework.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain the Knowledge Management System, ensuring accurate creation of knowledge articles.
- Capture, organize, and assess knowledge assets for effective sharing.
- Collaborate with Senior IT Managers to align Knowledge Management strategy with broader learning initiatives.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing within site operations, serving as an advocate for KM initiatives.
- Implement training on KM processes and tooling to enhance knowledge-sharing practices.
- Evaluate and continuously improve the KM Framework workflow and procedures.
- Incorporate relevant industry insights into the KM Framework.
- Identify and showcase success stories from the Knowledge Management Program.
Who You Are:
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in a global environment with an appreciation for diverse cultures.
- You can plan and execute initiatives to improve process performance.
- You handle ambiguity and conflicting priorities with ease.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 2/3 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in IT knowledge management.
- Professional services sector experience, understanding the demands placed on support teams by the business.
- Experience in an IT Service Desk organization is a plus.
- Proven record of influencing strategic development and daily operation of knowledge management processes.
- ITIL v.3 or ITIL 4 certification preferred.
