One of the leading Northern Ireland Insurance companies is looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join their team. What you’ll do

  • Provision of First & Second Line Support to End Users across our network using a Priority Based ticketing system
  • Support of core business application (CRM/Trading Application, Microsoft Office 2010/2013, Windows 10, VoIP Telephony system) within SLA timeframes.
  • Configuration & Troubleshooting of systems – Windows 10 & Office 2013 / O365
  • Identifying support trends, troubleshooting issues, and escalating to others within the department or third parties when required.
  • Active Directory & Exchange Server Maintenance & Administration
  • Patch & Upgrade Testing & Deployment using Microsoft Windows Server Update Services
  • System Monitoring & Daily Health Checks
  • Delivering and maintaining a quality service at all times
  • Desktop Application Installations & Troubleshooting using Group Policy
  • Undertaking other duties as assigned

What you need

Essential

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above to include English & Maths (or equivalent)
  • 1 years’ recent experience in an IT Helpdesk or IT Support role

OR

  • 2 years’ experience of working Open GI Systems
  • Experience of Microsoft Applications eg Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Successful completion of probationary period, no live disciplinary sanctions on file and achieving meets expectations or above in annual review. (internal candidates only)

Desirable

  • Experience of installing Microsoft Operating systems eg Windows 10
  • Experience supporting core client applications, such as CRM, Trading application or Customer Care applications
  • Knowledge of antivirus and desktop security technologies
  • A working knowledge of Sharepoint or Web knowledge eg HMTL, CSS
  • Experience with Microsoft and Linux Server Operating Systems
  • Experience with Exchange email platform
  • Knowledge of SQL server
  • Telephony systems administration / support experience
