Currently seeking a team leader to oversee software development and drive exciting new projects. This role is pivotal in delivering time-sensitive and commercially crucial initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct controlled software development and maintenance.
• Implement software configuration management.
• Provide 3rd level customer support.
• Mentor development staff to ensure a high level of expertise within the team

Essential Experience:

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using C# / ASP.
• Proficiency in SQL.

Desirable Experience:

• Staff management experience.
• Software development background.
• Knowledge of statistics application.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Experience with MVC6.
• Previous web development experience.
• Prior experience in quality control software development.
• Familiarity with a configuration management tool.
