Antrim, we are seeking to hear from Junior Accounts Administrators or you could be a Graduate with some office experience or strong EXCEl Skills to join a warm and friendly team where you can learn on the job and progress your skills.

In your new role you will be:

• Performing Bank Reconciliations
• Dealing with Customer statements
• Dealing with bank regarding export documentation
• Dealing with customer calls for payments/credit control
• General finance administration
• Handling customer queries
• Issuing of Credit Notes
• Processing of receipts

Who you are:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Keenness and willing ness to learn
• Competent with EXCEL and Microsoft packages
• Experience working in a busy office environment would be an advantage.
