Junior Employment Solicitor

Our client, a successful Global law firm are looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join their highly successful Employment Law team, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone wishing to develop their career within a leading employment law department, a great client base, exceptional quality of work.

This law firm advises on a wide range of clients on a range of both contentious and non-contentious matters. The role calls for a solicitor who offers a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, that has experience within an employment law team, and can offer experience in drafting and advising of employment contracts, policies and procedures, management of grievances, performance and disciplinary matters, advising on long term sickness absence, reorganisations along with TUPE and advising on Health and Safety issues.

If you have a clear and demonstrable passion for employment law and wish to further your career within an award-winning team. You will need a business focused approach and an ability to work collaboratively within not only the employment team but the wider teams within the firm.
