As a Junior Finance Assistant, your role will involve:
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Reviewing AR accounts, overdue invoices, cash receipts and refunds.
- Credit card payment information and bank data received and input.
- Proper, timely cash application.
- Applying write-offs, credit notes and recording ‘unapplied cash’.
- Any other ad hoc duties related by management.
Experience needed:
- At least 2 years finance experience in a busy finance environment.
- Experience in a credit control environment would be advantageous
