Junior Scrum Master

Junior Scrum Master needed to join a well-established software house based here in the City Centre. Despite its massive success globally, it’s Belfast office still has that “start-up” feel and intends to stay that way

This is a unique position for someone to work their way into a fully-fledged Scrum Master. You will be working with one of the finest in Northern Ireland, gaining direct knowledge on a daily basis

Your role:

Work alongside their Scrum Master, planning spring sessions and facilitating stand ups

Your skill set:

• Software Engineering- You’ve gained solid knowledge through your development experience and now want to move into a scrum role
• Organisation- You’ll be juggling a lot of moving parts
• Tenacity- Have the ability to ensure deadlines are met
• Easy-going yet firm- The balance has to be just right

Although the company are working remotely now, it will be full-time based in Belfast in the future
